Now Merry and Marty are more than ready to spend the rest of their lives as true members of a family - lots of inside time, snuggling on the couch, and fun outings!They may have some making up to do in social settings, but are improving every day. They both have done exceptionally well in the small dog playgroups here at the Shelter. Merry is a bit more reserved than Marty but they both seem to enjoy other dogs and people. According to their previous home, both Marty and Merry are used to kids but given their devalued status in their former lives, we would like to see only gentle, respectful children, especially for Merry. Marty might be able to roll with a little more energy (but still plenty of respect).Merry and Marty seem genuinely happy to get a second chance at finding a family that will love and cherish them. They are ready for the next chapter of their lives to begin, either together or apart. CT
