English budgie in Capitola, California For Sale

Hello, I have a young English parakeet budgie that I must rehome. She is turquoise, I believe she is a female but I'm not positive. She is hand tame but prefers to be in her cage most of the time. Asking a $40 adoption fee to assure a good home. sorry the bird doesn't come with the cage in the picture, but if you need one I have 3 available I can send you pictures if interested.
